Welcome to Erothots and thank you for taking a moment to learn more about my work. My name is Elena, and I’m a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and emotional balance.

Before I became a therapist, I spent many years working in the corporate world. That experience gave me a deep understanding of stress, burnout and the quiet struggles people carry while trying to hold everything together. When I eventually moved into social work, I brought that perspective with me the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can slow down, breathe, and be honest about what they’re going through.

In my current practice I work with people from all walks of life. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through trauma, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, identity concerns and major life transitions. I do not expect anyone to show up “perfect” I meet you exactly where you are, and we build forward from there.
